Common questions about Z-Image pricing and credits.

What exactly am I paying for when buying credits?

Credits represent compute usage for image generation. Each generation request deducts a fixed amount of credits from your balance. You only pay for what you use, with no subscription requirement or hidden fees.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and expire automatically afterward (unless required otherwise by applicable law). Credits from one-time credit packs do not expire.

Can I get a refund after purchase?

Refunds are only available in specific cases, such as duplicate charges or system errors where credits were not delivered. Used credits are not refundable. See our refund policy for details.

How are payments processed?

All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem handles global tax compliance, invoicing, and billing. z-image.cv does not process or store your credit card details.

Is z-image.cv a subscription service?

No. z-image.cv is credit-based. You buy credits when needed and use them at your own pace within the validity period.

Can I cancel or change my plan after purchase?

Credit purchases are one-time transactions and cannot be canceled after credits are delivered. You can buy more credits anytime as needed.

Will image generation always consume the same number of credits?

Credit consumption may vary based on model type, resolution, or future feature updates. Any changes will be clearly communicated before taking effect.

Does z-image.cv store my prompts or generated images?

No. Unless you explicitly save content to your account, z-image.cv does not store prompts or generated images. We do not use user content for model training.

How do you handle safety and compliance?

All prompts pass automated safety and content moderation filters to block prohibited content (such as NSFW, violence, or illegal use). Please see our content policy for details.

Is z-image.cv based on open-source models?

Yes. z-image.cv uses components under Apache-2.0 open-source licenses. Attribution details are available on our open-source attribution page. z-image.cv is an independent service with no affiliation to original model authors.

Do I own the copyright of images I generate?

Yes. Subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law, you retain the corresponding rights to generated images.

What happens if payment fails?

If payment fails, you will not be charged and credits will not be added. You can retry with another payment method. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].

How can I view receipts or invoices?

Creem automatically sends a receipt to your email after each purchase. If available, you can also view billing history in your account dashboard.

Are credits a currency?

No. Credits are usage units, not currency. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, exchanged, or traded. Credits are only used to measure compute usage within z-image.cv.
